Customers can cancel any time with no hassle. There are no additional cancellation fees. Customers may be eligible for a refund if they are dissatisfied with the services provided. Eligibility for refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Customers must submit a refund request in writing via email to our customer support team. The request must include the reason for dissatisfaction and any relevant supporting documentation. Once a refund request is received, we will review the request and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method. Refunded services are prorated i.e. If you cancel your subscription halfway through the month, you will receive a prorated refund based on the time remaining in the billing cycle of 50%.
We will deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in the service agreement within the specified timelines via USPS. Customers will be informed of service delivery timelines and any delays that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Regular communication regarding project progress will be maintained. Services such as digital assets (websites, logos, etc.) will be delivered electronically, while physical materials (flyers, promotional items, etc.) will be shipped to the customer's designated address.
Physical products such as printed materials or promotional items may be eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon receipt. Customers must notify us of any damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Photos or evidence of damage may be required. Upon review of the return request, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and issue a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
